Lifecycle Simulation Accelerates Innovation

Last month UGS announced Lifecycle Simulation - a strategy to power the use of digital simulation throughout the product lifecycle.

Lifecycle Simulation provides the PLM industry's first end-to-end integrated digital simulation solution for the enterprise, enabling UGS' customers - from largest to smallest - to collaborate more effectively using open simulation technology. By addressing the growing need to deliver and manage simulation across the entire product enterprise, Lifecycle Simulation will help validate ideas faster and thus accelerate the innovation process.

There are four components to UGS' Lifecycle Simulation strategy - real time simulation; visual simulation; managed simulation; and an open simulation framework.
